There’s a quiet question that lives underneath so much of how we move through life…
When did you decide this moment wasn’t enough?
Not dramatically.
Not all at once.
But subtly… over time.
Somewhere along the way, many of us learned that where we are isn’t quite it. That we should be further along, doing more, feeling better, more healed, more successful, more certain.
And so we begin.
We start adjusting, fixing, improving, reaching. We tell ourselves it’s growth. And sometimes, it is. But often, underneath it all, there’s a quiet hum of something else:
“This isn’t enough yet.”
That hum becomes a way of being.
It shows up when things are actually going well… but we still look for what’s missing.
It shows up in relationships… where we search for what needs to change.
It even shows up in our healing… where peace feels temporary, and we’re already scanning for the next layer to work on.
Not because anything is wrong.
But because we’ve practiced not letting it be enough.
And here’s the gentle truth…
There may be nothing wrong with this moment.
Nothing to solve.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing missing.
Just a moment… that you’ve never fully allowed yourself to rest inside of.
That doesn’t mean you stop growing.
It doesn’t mean you stop creating or expanding.
It simply means that growth no longer comes from lack…
it comes from wholeness.
From curiosity.
From inspiration.
From a natural unfolding… instead of a constant correcting.
So what happens… if just for today… you let this moment be enough?
Not because it’s perfect.
Not because everything is resolved.
But because you are here.
Breathing.
Aware.
Alive.
And maybe that’s where everything begins.
And we remember, once again…
It’s All Good. Always.
