Refund Eligibility Time Frame

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, refund or exchange for eligible items from our Its All Good and Dr. DREAM brands. 

For items purchased through our Partner Brands, please note that their specific policies and timelines will apply. We’ll assist you throughout the refund process of our partner brands if they offer refunds, and we will wait for confirmation of your refund  from those brands regarding returned items. (See further details below)

Non-Refundable It’s All Good & Dr. DREAM Items

Please be aware that some items are non-refundable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Essential Oils
  • Hydrosols

Condition of Returned Items for the It’s All Good & Dr. DREAM Brand

To qualify for a refund, eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Your peace of mind is important to us. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email about approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, expect your refund processed back to your original payment method within just a few business days.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. 
  • If an item arrived to you damaged or defective, ItsAllGood.com will cover those costs.
  • This return shipping situation will be assessed on a case by case basis.
